We reserve the right to deny refund and do not take responsibility on any mishandling of orders by couriers booked by the buyer.
Should you wish to cancel a paid order, please contact us to process cancellation as soon as order verification is received via SMS or email. Otherwise your order will push through as w e try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, 1-2 hours upon placing.
For purchase done after cut-off, cancellation should be made before 10:00am the next day.
